One-on-one appointments give us a chance to discuss your complete health history and establish goals for treatment. Based on what is going on, I will utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, guasha, tuina, and lifestyle/dietary coaching.

Community
In community acupuncture, all attendees are treated together in an open room. Each person will receive a treatment geared toward their specific needs using acupuncture points accessible while fully clothed.
Tuesdays 3-6pm at Sol Yoga
There will be NO Community Acupuncture Tuesday 1/27 due to Frederick City Snow Emergency.
